Replenishment Depending Queue

Hi mates!

I am struggling with the replenishment of flow items accordding the level of my QUEUE, for example if the level in the QUEUE is less than 9000 considering actual stock plus the stock in transit I need to create a new purchase requition if I create today the requisition the purchase will arrive in 120 days average with standard deviation of 20 days according de historical data, just in case at the beginning of the run I start with a stock of 9800 flowitems. I need to add that the replenishment quantity must be 5600 or more according the minimum order quantity, or the quantity needed for the next 120 days wich is the leat time of a new purchase requistion. Best regards!

Hi mate

I was using an Inter-arrival time per Batch processing where each 122 days in average resource 5600 flowitems but not consider the stock level on the queue if there is less than 9000 to make a replenishment

I saw that can be possible with a dispatcher but only works programming in queue not in source until I tried

Detect an event to trigger the ordering based on the number of subnodes in the queue. Use that event (eg. in a process flow) to then create the items after a delay representing the transport time.
