I am trying to analyze if it is necessarly to create a new purchase requisition at the beggining of each month considering the stock in transit plus the stock on hand. For example at the start of this month my stock target is 10000 flowitems(I have to try not to exceed this quantity with stock on hand in other words in my queue. the stock on hand plus stock in transit is possible to exceed) and my stcok o hand is 8000 flowitems then I need to create a purchase requisition of 5600 flow items wich is the minimum orfer quantity or more considering that have a lead time average of 122 days and 20 day of standard deviation. If my stock on hand plus my stock in transit is higher than my stock target I dont need to create a new purchase requisition. My first target is to make a periodic review of inventory policie like the image
