How to correct the error in the subflows MD Exam with NP and MD Exam without NP?

In the attached model I'm having trouble with the MD Want to Walk in the MD Exam without NP sub flows and the NP Walked to Pat in the MD Exam with NP sub flow. It seems to me that the problem is connected with the labels on the tokens in the subflows and that I do not understand them enough to identify and correct the error. Any help you can give me understanding this process will be greatly appreciated.

In the Escort to WR subflow you were acquiring an Exam Table from the Exam Table 2 resource instead of the original Exam Table resource. Thus some patients never acquired the Exam Table resource and instead acquired the Exam Table 2 resource.

I deleted the Exam Table 2 resource and pointed the Acquire Exam Table activity in the Escort to WR subflow at the orginal Exam Table resource. That way all patients have an exam table they acquired from the one Exam Table resource.

Turns out, that there were several errors later in the program and with your help above, I was able to make the corrections.
