How the operator can picked the order at once holding tote?

I build a model with the logic that operator hold tote and picked the order by global table at once. When I run the model the operator goes and picked the first quantities (Rack:1, Quantities: 2, ItemType:1) and then stoped. I can undrestand what I do wrong.

@Lemonia A,

I don't quite have everything working yet but I will send you what I have. The only thing that I think isn't working right is the Pull From List block in the PF. I can't seem to get it to pull from the right rack so for now, it is defaulted to just 1. Didn't have time to finish getting that working but I wanted to get the rest of it to you so that you can see what has been done.

Take a look at the model and see if it is doing what you are wanting it to do except for the problem mentioned above.

If something isn't quite right, please add additional information so that we can get your model working the way that you want.

Thanks.

Thanks a lot @Jeff Nordgren. The model was really helpful. I will check it thoroughly and I will revert if needed. Best regards

@Lemonia A,

The problem I'm having that I need to resolve is the Query statement in the Pull from the Items list. So, as a workaround, to show you that when I get that part fixed, the model will work.

Take a look at the attached model and see if it will at least do what you described that it should do. If you have any questions or problems, please let us know.

Thanks.

@Lemonia A,

Attached is your model with the Pull from Racks process flow block fixed. I guess it should have worked but didn't but by adding the curly brackets around {CurrRack} it forced it to evaluate correctly. So, take a look at the model and see if it will now do what you are wanting it to do. If you have any questions, comments or problems, please let us know.
