How to release a staff without leaving his current position ?

How could I release a staff without leaving the current position and returning to his default position?

Why do you want the staff hanging out over there when he's not doing anything? Could you just set that to be his default reset position?

"Sorry", in the first attached model, the reason why I want to do this was no clear (I forgot to add a modification to show the situation I encounter). Please take a look on the attached model below. In fact, the nurse replenishes the cart with two medicines (one after another) for a patient administration (according to "Planning", see figure). But, she returns to her position between each medicine replenishment, when she is released, while this is not the case in the reel life. The nurse must replenish the cart with all the necessary medicines without interruption (going anywhere). In this model, the time to replenish one medicine is equal to 1 minute.

If the tasks are sequential, and the same nurse is doing them, why would you release the nurse?

In fact, I am modeling what is happening in the reel case. The model I loaded is just an example of a small part of what I want to do in the model I am working on, where the nurse replenishes the cart with 9 different medicines (each medicine with different quantity to load) and she spends 9 minutes, one minute for each medicine. According to the reel case, I set the "Planning" where she picks one medicine and unpacks it in one minute then picks the next one.

Is there an advanced option in “Release staff” activity where we can change the place/position where this staff returns to?

Take a look at the attached model. Rather than having separate tokens for each medicine I just have one token with a label value (NumMedicines) for how many medicines the nurse needs to replenish. The nurse is then acquired and replenishes all the medicines in a row before being released.
