I created a user library on my company computer, and then I copied the user library to my personal computer.I loaded the user library with flexsim, but the 3d look didn't show.
How can I solve this problem, thank you!

I imported the test in several computers, and all of them can display 3D pictures.
Did you copy over that 3D shape file to the exact same path?
It looks like the shape is referenced by absolute path in your library, so FlexSim won't find the file unless it is at that exact same location.
Ideally, you should use a relative path. Usually you would do that by putting the library in the libraries folder of the FlexSim installation path, then always installing the library to that location.
