Process Flow Call Center

Trying to program the operations in a 24- hour call center using process flow for a complete month. Call entries have different distributions during the day, and operators have 8 hour shifts with a hour long break. There are different types of calls and have different processing times based on case and also operators. Im having problems mostly with the operators any suggestions?
