Ship as a ".3ds" or ".ac" File

As part of my simulation I need to load a ship. Sadly I cant find a .3ds or a .ac File that I can load in the modell as a 3D-shape for a Transporter. Do you know where I can find such a file ready to download or does anyone have a ship as a .3ds or .ac.
