Use of global tables in MTBF and MTTR

My model has a global table with different data and I need that they can be applied in MTBF and MTTR of a process, I don't know what I have to put in line so that it reads all the data of the global table.

You are better off with a time table. The Template editor expects at "Row" a number or return value of a function or a label value. If you choose a label value, you can set this value on event triggers to a different value. For example you can set a different row, each time an item exits an object. Your static example model fitts better into a time table than into an MTBF MTTR where you would set preferable statistical distributions for first, down and up.
