My model was working fine. I tried finding out why my clerk was not moving to see the patients. I made sure she was being used, and now out of the sudden the patients are not going to the waiting area after checking in. Can some one help me within the next hour? I have attached the model. You needed to add the Check In Clerk to the Staff Group, "Check In Clerk". Then, you can select that group as the place to acquire the clerk from. I've updated your model.
