I have received a new computer and need to setup flexsim the version that I have a license for is 18.2.3 and am unable to location the path to download a copy to transfer my license to

Hi @Don C2,

In order to access older software versions, your account must be licensed.

Please see this article for where a licensed account can access downloads for older FlexSim versions:

https://answers.flexsim.com/articles/60173/flexsim-version-numbering.html#download

If you don't have direct access from your account, contact the license owner. They can either get the installer for you, or share their licenses with you to give you access to the More Versions button.

If you want to talk any specifics of your licenses, be sure to start a new private question, since license codes should be kept confidential.

going to your link above I still do not see a link / clickable button for older versions of Flexsim. Please see the image below

@Don C2,

Looks like there is currently a bug in the site. You need to first visit the licenses page (see the header links). This will load your shared licenses into your account. Then you can visit the downloads link to see the more versions button.

Sorry for the confusion.
