Modelling for Central Kitchen

Has anyone built flexsim modelling for central kitchen before?
Would like to understand further how it would be like.

Have you looked at FlexSim Healthcare or the People features? In older versions, before the people module was added, FlexSim Healthcare was the best way to model service based industries. Despite its name, it can be used to model many things besides healthcare. That's why the people module was added to FlexSim, to bring those service based models into standard FlexSim.

yea, looking for the generalized kitchen model, from receiving part - pre-preparation (processing) - cooking (by using cooking equipment) - storage and dispatch.
