Using lists and getting notified when an order is filled

Hi all ,

In order to route products using labels i added different queues to the same model and used pull rule for each queue

(Please note that i added some modification on a model done by @matthew.gillespie so i thank him )

so i'm having i tiny issue and i hope you can help me to solve it .

1 - I need a assign a specific color for each product on creation ( source ) i followed the steps but it seems like i'm missing somethig .

2- I created orders ( 2 lists to keep it simple ) so i added 2 processors followed by 2 queues than applyed pull from list so the question : is there any more efficient and better way to do it specially when the model becomes more complex

3- I was doing some follow up and i noticed that there is some excess regarding some labels so i wanted to know how to got notified when the order is done ?

4- I tried to add a process flow ( specially to to work with lists ) but i had some issues connecting it with the 3D model

1 - what is "biscuit" ?. You can choose insted item or current for the source object itself!

2- do it yourself. Everything you achieve by yourself, is better than a suggestion of others, because you know how to do it. You don't rely on others if you get into problems. Any first model won't be a perfect match. But you learn a lot. If you are finished with your first project and you still have time, then build it complete new, because you know how to do it better, then.

4- you use triggers to push values onto global lists in 3D objects. You get access to global list by the resource activity in process flow. You can pull from list in 3D model object triggers, too.

1 - I tried but items doesn't change any color

2- I was talking about push & pull from lists and i tried and it didn't work because i missed something ( it might be my fault that i didn't describe the problem correctly )
