Yes, select "Server" on the dropdown in the Modbus Connection settings.

See the documentation for more details.

For Modbus connections, you can configure FlexSim to be a server, but in OPC, we only implemented the ability to be an OPC client. You can't have a FlexSim OPC server currently.
