How to view avrg data of entries from a list in dashboard?

Hi,

i have set up a process where the lead time of every product is pushed to a list after they enter the last step. How do i view the avarage from this list on the dashboard?

I don't know a good way to get the average of a bunch of values like that off the list. I'm hoping that my answer to (what seems to be) the same question in this post works for you:
