How do i consider process flow for scenario calcualtion?

Greetings,

If I want to create a scenario with a process flow variable ( like how many objects entered, created) what should I do? Variable I want to consider is create object by process flow using a global lookup table.

Is it possible? or i can consider the object variable in which item is created?

I would consider to build a model with all objects already present. Then I deactivate objects in scenarios, which shouldn't be involved. By this the model can be compiled completly on reset and I don't run into problems when a function works only after an reset.
