User Name and password

I download the demo version, but when i try to run the program its asking me for a User name and password, but i never receive anything to my email, i try to enter my admin user name and password from this website, but its not working

Can some one help me please?

Software Version:

FlexSim 20.2.3

Hi @Juan Rivera,

Can you post a screenshot? Most likely you're seeing the Windows UAC prompt asking you to elevate your Windows permissions in order to install a program. Here is an example I pulled from the web:

FlexSim's installer, and FlexSim Simulation Software itself, do not currently require any sort of log in.

This is what is asking to me, i try to use same user name and password from this website but it didn't work!!

Hi @Juan Rivera,

Yes, that is a Windows UAC prompt (you can see at the top of your screenshot "User Account Control - UAC). That means that you have to enter Windows credentials with high enough privileges to install software. This is asking for Windows user credentials - it has nothing to do with your online FlexSim Account.

You'll need to contact your IT administrator to install FlexSim. Or try FlexSim on a different computer where you have admin rights.
