Different loading and unloading time

Hello, I face problem that is for different machine a have to make different loading time. How to make it , I see there is a Value by Case but dont know how to setup. Can any experts help? Thank you very much!!

In the model, i would like to load the batch of paper

from Queue3 to Separator 1 is 18s

from Combiner2 to Queue 1 is 12s per batch

I have assigned the "Type" label when items entering into Queue3 and Combiner2. Based on this label value assigning the loading time to the operator using Value By Case.
