Financial analysis, fixed and variable costs

I need to do a fixed and variable cost analysis. I tried to use financial analysis but it didn't work. I want the payment of the operators to appear as a fixed cost and a variable cost for the maintenance of the racks, which is every month.

payment of operators = $ 1000

rack maintenance = $ 200 each month

There are guidelines in the manual here.

It says that fixed costs only happen once in the model and everything else is per time unit - which depends on your model setting - in your case minutes.

You costs should be entered in the amount per time, so that means $1000/30/1440 for the operators which comes to $0.02315 per minute. The racks are $0.00463.

After a month - that gives $6400.
