Different interarrival time depending on year

In my system, I have different sources which need to have different interarrival times depending on year of the simulation. Indeed, for example, I have a source with an interarrival time of 11000 secondes from year 1 to year 7 and then from year 7 to year 20 I need to stop the source. Do you have an idea about this problem ?
