How to plot max staytime in location (HC) in a dashboard

Hi,

What would be the best way of showing the maximum stay time of a patient at a location in a dashboard, in HC. All the chart templates are for average values, so having the average stay time is easy, that is just a chart template. Is there an option in these chart template to make the chart show that maximum stay time? Best would be min, max and average in one chart. If this is not possible, would this be a good addition?

With some testing, we were able to add the maximum ourself, but we needed to install the template first. In earlier versions it was quite easy to plot the maximum value, so it would be nice if that was the same now. Attached is our example model that shows how we modified the chart template.
We hope there is a better way to do this.

Thanks

Hi Patrick,

I too think we should have a "Box Plot" option anywhere we currently have an average bar chart option! Let's put a bug in the ear of our chart developer @Jordan Johnson...

Nice job on jumping in and creating your own chart! I can make some of the simpler custom charts, but I (and our users) often have to get Jordan to make one for us...

By the way, I am finding that the "Milestone-Milestone" chart is my "go to" chart for healthcare models, and it does provide a box plot. The milestone-milestone chart can be used to plot so many useful statistics related to a patient's flow. You could have used it in this instance as well. I like the chart so much I just made a YouTube video about it: https://youtu.be/AkB_6LQCAPE

Hi @Cliff King, thank you for your reply. Your milestone-Milestone chart video is quite useful as well. I have send it to some of our HC users to inform them about this.

It would indeed be very nice if @Jordan Johnson add some options to make this more user-friendly to do.

Thanks for including me in this conversation. @Cliff King, that video is great! I'll be sure to add these ideas to the dev list.
