How to get an Operator to pull from a queue when not busy?

I am new to FlexSim and hopefully this is an easy answer: I am trying to have the model have the operator answer a phone call. If the call is not answered, it goes to voicemail (queue 2). Then the operator calls back when not busy. How can I do this?

Thank you!

I think we need to know if you are using the standard 3D Objects, Process Flow, or the People module for this.

This is fairly simple to do in process flow, and would look like this

With the max wait timer checked on the Acquire Operator so the token releases to the missed call after a certain time

If you are trying to do this using standard 3D objects it would be helpful if you posted your model.
