You could add a delay task to the tasksequence, or add the transporter to a timetable where it's off_shift when the model starts.

The answer on how to add a delay depends how you're creating the task sequence, automatically, via a trigger/picklist, using process flow.There's a tutorial section in the manual on getting task executers to perform tasks here, and here are some key concepts.
