Problem with agv arriving late at loading point

Hello
This time, I have a problem that agv arrives late at the loading point, so I ask you a question.
There is no problem with other loading points, but the problem is that the AGV is assigned to Line 7 and Line 18.
Agv is coming too late on line 18 and 7 so there is a problem with the accumulation of items.
How can I solve this problem?

When you pull 2 items from the list - are you expecting both to be picked up from the same line at the same visit?

If so, you have some pulls that are pulling 2 items but don't have the corresponding pickup tasks for the second item.

In this diagram should this be pulling one or two items?

It's the same for list 5,8,9 and 12. SHould they be pulling one item or should their processes actually pick up two items like the others:

What makes you think line 7 and 18 have late AGV arrivals? Can you say the time at which they go onto the list and the time at which they should be picked up?

The reason why I think agv comes late is because I don't think agv is deployed even though it's been a long time since the item came out on line 7 and line 18.

I know that agv is placed in the order in which the items are released from the source, is what I know wrong?

Also - please answer the question about which List pull activities should be pulling 2 items and which should be pulling 1. This will affect what you percieve to be waiting items since :

the item looks like it's waiting but it hasn't been pulled from the list yet as the token is waiting for a second item
the second item is waiting because while you did wait for two on the list before you created the AGV job, your collection job only tells it to pick up the first item so the second one is left there.
