exception: could not write html file during experiment run

Hi I was testing with a few scenarios and trying to do experiment runs using simulaiton experiment control - experiment run tab. however, flexsim automatically closed without running. once I opened the file again, the system console shows "exception: could not write html file".

currently using flexsim 2020 update 1. Anyone knows how to fix this issue?

I have changed the setting and shoe all folders. However, still no help folders.

In this case, shall I create an empty help folder?

Creating your own help directory may do the trick. Have you tried it yet? Did it work?

You could also try reinstalling the software from its .exe installer. If that has any problems, or doesn't automatically create the folder, there may be a permissions issue. You could also try installing from the .msi installer.
