"exception: Could not write html file" when opening User Manual

Windows 10 Pro, FlexSim 18.2.2 x64, installed to C:\Program Files\FlexSim 2018 Update 2\. New default installation from the MSI file. When I run FlexSim as an ordinary domain user, after opening User Manual there is an exception in the System Console:

exception: Could not write html file

Manuals are not displayed at all (there is an index, but the pages are blank).

FlexSim 18.0.8 doesn't have this problem.

EDIT: I might have found how to reproduce this. I have two accounts on the same machine. One is a domain user, the other is a local account. After I ran FlexSim under a local account, I started seeing this error under the domain account. Removing the contents of the ProgramData directory fixes this issue.

The "could not write to html file" exception is usually related to permissions on the C:\ProgramData\Flexsim\FlexSim18.2\help directory.

See https://answers.flexsim.com/questions/36755/system-console-pop-out-problem-when-using-dashboar.html

18.0.8 and 18.2.2 use different directories:

C:\ProgramData\Flexsim\FlexSim18.0\help

C:\ProgramData\Flexsim\FlexSim18.2\help

Thank you. It didn't help to change access permissions to C:\ProgramData\Flexsim\FlexSim18.2, but simply deleting all its contents did help.
