Keep taskexecutor roaming along path while it is vacant

Hi! I want to make task executor roaming along the outer ring of path (one direct) while it is vacant, and then pick up an flow item while it encounters a delivery request up front (from the next control point). What should I do? Can I do this in processflow?

I understand that an taskexecutor would stop at a control point before it is assigned with the next task. In my dispatch rules, I want a taskexecutor to keep moving on until there is a delivery request from its next control point.

I think some of earlier tutorials has shown to let taskexecuter travel around and looking for work. FlexSim16 has got this tutorial in the manual.
