I use FlexSim 2021 Educational but I realized that I can't open a model from a Pro version, even if the model is saved in an older version (I tried to open 19.1.2).
Is there anything I can do to open the model?

This message does not prevent you from opening a model. It is just telling you, that if you open and save the loading model, you won’t open the model file in FlexSim 20.0 again. If you want to keep the original file from FlexSim 20.0 then the loading process in FlexSim 21 will rename a copy to do so. After saving the model file in FlexSim 21 you find two files in your system: the original file and a copy, automatically renamed. The reason to keep the original file is, you can not open a newer versioned file in an older version of FlexSim. Once it is saved in a new version, you won’t get it opened in the older version again.

Hi, @Gilana P! You can download FlexSim 20.0 at flexsim.com and keep the version 21.1 in your computer.
Once you did that you will see that you will be able to select what version you want to open a fsm file.
At your file explorer, select your file and click on open file with "Flexsim Version Selector", so you can open with the appropriate version of your model.
That will prevent you to save a model in a newer flexsim version.
