How to have patient attended by multiple staff but wait in line also

Hello,

I'm trying to create a process where the patient goes to a registration/triage but has to be attended by two staff members. If the registration is busy, they should wait in line.

I tried the "wait in line" feature, but it doesn't seem to have the staff members moving once the patient arrives at the registration.

In the Wait In Line process flow block there is normally a walk activity for the patient to move to the registration desk. Swap it out for an Escort Patient activity instead.
