Does anyone validate the mathematical model with simulation model?

I did a simulation model of an electroplating industrial production line. Now, I have to validate the mathematical model that I did the analysis of P-time event graphs/Petri net in (max,+) and
(min,+) semirings. I don't know how can I do the mapping in my simulation model from the mathematical model. I attach my simulation model here. Please if someone did something similar let me know the process of the transition from the mathematical model to the Flexsim simulation model.

I shared by email to @Md Sofiul Alam Hridoy an example of comparison of analytical results with a simulation model. It includes the solution from an exam I give in a course so I won't post it here, but if someone else wants the slides (it's in French) let me know.
