Create Common Node Logic Subroutine

I have created 'On Arrival' node trigger logic that will be common to a number of network nodes. I need to centralize the code in one place for better management. How do I add a subroutine to the model? I do not see that offering in the Toolbox > Modeling Logic. Thanks

I believe what you are looking for are User Commands which can be found in Toolbox > Modeling Logic > User Command.
