I followed a tutorial of AStar Navigator Module, in the video the red arrows shows paths that operator has taken. I could find show heat map but couln't find red arrow in A* Navigator Properties.

The screenshot looks like it was taken in an older version of FlexSim. The feature was possibly removed or merged into the Heat Map and Show Allocations option.

As the video is 8 years old and the A* navigator was an optional module back then, I would indeed assume that this particular feature was removed/replaced in the development process since then. Maybe a developer can provide more information this.
I believe Felix is correct that the red arrow paths were replaced by heat maps. As far as I can tell, this change happened in version 17.2. This is based on the
release documentation in the manual and this release
video. Heat maps show the same information the red arrows did and also allow for more customization.
