When I run the attached file with the optimizer, an error occurs near Solution 50.

Because the parameters are set to only integer values and due to your constraints there are only 51 eligible solutions (even values of type 1 between 0 and 100). The optimizer throwing an error instead of simply noting that there are no more solutions seems to be a bug though. Interestingly it still occurs when limiting the number of solutions to 51, but not for 50.
To get around this for now, you can have the optimizer only actively vary one of the values and set the other two values in GlobalTable2 in the "On Set" trigger.
