Prioritize Patients Based on Acuity

Hi,

I would like to prioritize patients in the 2nd waiting room based on their ascending acuity.

I tried Push and Pull from lists but had hard time to figure out the right settings.

I link the model bellow,

Thank you

In the properties of the resources that have to be acquired you can change the priority to something like "X - patient.Acuity". A lower acuity number patient will have a higher priority and acquire the resource before patients with higher acuity value.

Apart from what is written in the FlexSim manual available online, I don't know of any dedicated HC manual, sorry.

Hello @Abderrahim Z3 , if ever you have not already done it, I advice you to complete the FlexSim Healthcare Tutorial here:

https://docs.flexsim.com/en/22.0/Tutorials/FlexSimHC/OverviewFlexSimHC/OverviewFlexSimHC.html

@Felix Möhlmann is right, there is no dedicated HC manual. The help about HC objects is embedded in the overall manual.

When you need to access the user manual about any healthcare 3D object or any Process Flow activity/resource, I advice you to right click on it and go to Help:

This will redirect you in the user manual directly on the help page of the object/activity/resource you focus on.
