I installed FlexSim version 2022 update 1, However, it is not working and it keeps telling me that I have reached the limit and I must stay below it, can this issue be solved by an activation ID?
Knowing that I have a seat, and my account type is guest!
P.S I have tried to install version 2021, update 2 but it does not appear anywhere in the website!

Older installers are only available to licensed clients. If your account was licensed, you would see a "more versions" button on your downloads page. This recent Q&A covered this same topic - check it out for more context.
If your organization owns a license, you can have the license owner download and provide you with older installers, or the owner could share their license with you to allow you to access the older installers.
To get past the FlexSim Express limitations you will need to activate a license in your software. If your organization has a standalone license, the seat must be available (ie not currently activated on another computer) and must be as high or higher version than your installed version of FlexSim. Check here for standalone license activation instructions.
If your organization maintains a local license server, the activation instructions for your client PC are found in step 9. Activate Client PCs on page 18 of our license server installation instructions.
