Hi do you have a good example on the use of the milestones functionality?
Milestones allow you to gather statistics about the items flowing through your model. As those items flow throw the process, you can usually identify key events for those items. Those key events can become milestones. For example, in a healthcare model, a patient might achieve a milestone when they arrive at the facility, another milestone when they receive care, and another when they leave the facility. The time between these events is very important. So milestones allow you to identify the key events, and then easily gather statistics about the time between achieving milestones.
