Enable or disable creation of tokens

Can you enable or disable the creation of tokens in a source in a process flow? I want to create tokens every x seconds but not from the beginning, but I want that the time start counting after an event.

The you use an event triggered source activity.

But I need that the creation of tokens be repeated without the event that was before being repeated.
