One client gets this error whenever he tries to open FlexSim.
We tried unistalling and installing again and we looked for the folder %APPDATA%\Roaming\Flexsim\FlexSim22.1 so we can delete the file prefs.t as this has worked with other clients, but inside the %APPDATA% folder under roaming there is not a FlexSim folder, even when we just installed FlexSim.
What can it be happening?, what other things can we try?

install c++ runtime library net. 3.5 manually. You try to install a version that is not really well supported in new windows system.
As usual check they have the latest drivers and windows updates.
Was the install working and suddenly stopped? If so look to roll back any recent windows or driver updates.

It was solved, had to do with something with their firewall I believe.
