Chinese font display problem under win11 system

Hi all.

I have a problem, when I use win10 system, the Chinese font display problem of 2017 version can be solved by updating font library. But after upgrading to win11, the problem of fonts not displaying came back and could not be solved by replacing the font library (PS: I know the higher version of FlexSim can be solved by modifying the node, but the problem is in the 2017/2018 version) so I want to know if the win11 system will make changes to the font library that has been imported? Or is there any other solution? Looking forward to your reply!

The older versions of FlexSim are looking for the specific font file: C:\Windows\Fonts\arialuni.ttf

Windows Explorer has a special display mode when working with that directory. If Windows 11 changed something about how it works, I suggest using Command Prompt in order see the actual files in the actual directory instead of whatever UI-level wizardry Windows is doing to "install" fonts when you interact with that directory in Windows Explorer. That directory behaves uniquely in Windows Explorer, not like a regular file folder.

Try using the "copy" command in Command Prompt in order to copy the arialuni.ttf file into C:\Windows\Fonts\. Then use the "dir" command to verify that the file is where it should be.

If that doesn't work, then I don't know what else to tell you. We purposefully updated the software to remove the dependency on arialuni.ttf. Use a newer FlexSim version where you can specify whatever font you want.

Yes!! I have used "copy" command in Command Prompt in order to copy the arialuni.ttf file into C:\Windows\Fonts\. Then Chinese font can be displayed normally.

Thanks!
