@Ben Wilson We have problems with the in-software license upgrade. I know there where problems in the past (Upgrade crashes FlexSim) but myself and some of my colleagues have problems. Not only with 2023 but also with 2022 and earlier. If you do an in-software upgrade it takes a long time, say 20-30 seconds before it starts and then it keeps stating: 9 Polling for response, 10 Waiting for response and it doesn't stop and the only way to exit FlexSim is by using the taskmanager. I know that I can return the license and do the upgrade on the website but do you know why this doesn't work?
