Why it is defined such a way any value or modelling becomes easier. How to understand this?

See the documentation for an explanation of address mapping.

This choice of start and stride doesn't necessarily make the modelling easier. How the addressing is set up would either depend by how it is defined in the real warehouse you want to model or by personal preference, I'd say.
