Your model has exceptions due to the conveyor's exit transfer looking for a non-existing Type label on the items.
There are a couple of ways you could do this:
1) Using the Proximity Agent System (or a zone object) detect when to preempt the te with a zero delay task and change the speed before it resumes.
2) Split the task up when travel includes a fast area and change the speed in between the two travel tasks.
ASRS Speed limit area V2.0.fsm @Jason Lightfoot, I have tried for quite some time to use your methods but have been unable to figure out how to make it work in my model. Are you perhaps able to kindly assist me in helping implement your suggestion in my attached model V2.0?
I can't see what you've added to try and inmplement either suggestion.
Here's some information on Proximity based AgentSystems.
You can customize the storage task of ExitTransfer's transport dispatcher:
However, given that you're probably going to also retrieve items it will probably be better to centralize the ASRS job creation in a process flow that looks after the travel tasks and have that pull jobs or task sequences from a list of items to pick/place from/to the storage.
