How to use OPC UA and Process Flow to control my process?

Hey guys,

My process refers to a manufacturing process that has a conveyor belt, some OPC UA Control variables and a box that enters the process through the source, but I am unable to use Process Flow to perform the conveyor activation/deactivation logic with the OPC UA variables that I use, in addition to not being able to make the Robot1 at the end of the process remove the part from the conveyor belt through Process Flow either. Can you help me ?

Thank you very much in advance. Below is the image of the processcaptura-de-tela-2024-04-15-121658.png

You need to add a trigger at the decision point to stop the item and create a token in the process flow to execute the movement to perform the item movement through the robot. When creating the token, it's necessary to acquire the resource (robot) and perform the movement (in this case, I've set it to the queue). The model is attached.

Regarding the use of Process Flow to execute the conveyor activation/deactivation logic with OPC UA variables, it is easier to link the OPC variable with a photo eye than with the process flow. For further information, take a look at the post:

Hello Gustavo. I'm currently working with Murilo on this project. Could you please save and upload your project on version 22.0.16? We couldnt open the model you uploaded due to its version.

Thanks!
