Webserver and Dashboard

I have a webserver problem, the Dashboard is not displaying properly after opening the model, I have searched for some answers in the forum for testing but none of them can be solved efficiently, can you help me to look at it? Any suggestion is much appreciated!

I am unable to replicate any issue with the dashboard in the webserver. Can you send more detailed information?

  • What version of the webserver are you using? FlexSim 23.2.3 is only compatible with FlexSim Webserver 2022.
  • What is the exact error you are seeing? Can you please post a screenshot of what you get and describe what you expect?

Thank you for your reply, I found the problem, it should be the Chinese naming style that causes not normal reality, change to English naming and it will be fine. This is the point we did not pay attention to before, thanks again!
