global table and picking problem

First question: We have entered the orders from the Excel sheet into Global Table 1. How can we make Pickers 1, 2, and 3 pick items according to the orders in Global Table 1?
Second question: We are unable to pick all items from the shelves. We've tried for a long time; please help us! Below is our current model.

At each station you need to know what items are supposed to be loaded into the tote. As such it makes sense to build a central control logic in Process Flow that chooses a random row, searches for items in the racks and creates tasks for those items to be loaded into the tote at their respective station.

I have build an example model for a single conveyor.
