Combine 3 items

I am working on a line that is fed by an operator. The product runs through the first processor and then there will be another operator that will load 2 edge stripes to it. Also my conveyors shouldn't continuously run, they should run and stop, run and stop in a cycle.

Can anyone help me with this? I've attached the FSM file to this message.

The second part of this question (conveyors starting and stopping) should be its own question.

Looking at your model I'm still not exactly sure what should be happening. Should Operator99 be the one that loads the product into the processor? And is Operator100 the one that should add the 2 edge stripes to it?

If this is the case, I would use a Combiner rather than a processor to do that. I would use the Setup Time of the Combiner to be what the process time should be. Then I would have Operator100 add the two stripes (Queue51?) to it (see attached model).

As for the conveyors stopping and starting in a cycle, I would need more information about the timing and exactly how that is supposed to work.

Here is the model: automation-fs1.fsm

@jeff.nordgrenIt looks better, but instead of combining on the top and bottom, can I attach the second item to the right and left sides of the first flow item?
