How can we transport a patient on the GURNEY from the ER to the OR?

You'll want to use the Transport Patient > Process activity.
This activity type makes the specified staff pick up the specified transport (a gurney in this case), walk to the patient, move the patient into the transport, and then take them to the specified destination.
To specify a gurney as your transport add a transport requirement and then either use the sampler to select the gurney or choose it from the drop down list.
Make sure to also specify a staff requirement and the patient destination.
You just need to select an "Activity Track" within the Patient Track that includes the "Transport Requirements" option. In that section attach the gurney as the required transport.
