As the title described, I want to build curved paths(AGV module), and the paths not on the ground, which means their z coordinate not 0, how to make this kind paths?

Select Path (highlight = yellow frame) then scroll mouse wheel or push mouse while left and right mouse button pressed together. If you use the mouse buttons press first left then right and then move mouse up or down. As far as I know, you can't set different z-values for start or end point like by the straight path. As you have noticed already you can place the curved section to a z-value other then zero, but then you can't connect this curved sections to other path segments.
You can set the values in the tree, too. Highlight Path, open the context menu(hold right mouse button), Explore Tree, enhance spatial, edit spatialz value. Reset the model to see the changed value in your model.
