How can I view the exported dashboard data on Excel?

How can I view the exported dashboard data on Excel?

When I export the data onto Excel all I get is a blank sheet with only the tittles (See pictures attached). I also just obtain one of the three dashboard boxes that I have instead of obtaining all of them. How can I view the data? I used Zone activities to create the time in systems dashboards

Software Version:

FlexSim 16.2.0

Ruben,

Hard to impossible to answer your question(s) without looking at your model. Is is possible that you can send in your model or a sample model showing the problem(s)?
