I have three equipments in ORArea and just one tech to attend each patient. The tech can attend three patients at the same time but my model just attend one and the other equipments stay empty. How can solve it?
It sounds like you're using a patient activity to have a staff member attend the patient. Using an activity in a patient track means that the staff member is controlled by the patient and no other patient can use them.
In a case like this you'd want to use a global process to let the staff member decide who they want to help. You might find the Patient Rounds option in the Activity Started Trigger to be useful.
